Frequently asked questions
Is it a subscription that renews automatically?
No. You pay once for 1 month or 1 year, then Premium stops. Nothing is charged afterwards; we let you know a few days before it ends if you want to extend it.
Can Premium buy the top spot?
No. The +25% bonus applies to credits (for hints), never to the score. The leaderboard is the same for everyone.
Is the payment secure?
Payment happens on SumUp's page, a licensed payment institution. TraceHunt never sees your card.
What if I extend before it ends?
The days add up: a new month starts when your current Premium ends, so you lose nothing.
Can I get a refund?
Premium is digital content activated immediately: by buying it, you request immediate access and waive the withdrawal period. If something goes wrong, contact us through the “Report a bug” page.
